There's really be NO question. Yes! You want a DVR; you want the best and biggest you can get. Here's why:
If you have a child or are going to have a child, you will want to take lots of pictures. Some people just buy a cheap 'point and shoot' and they just ...point and ...shoot. Instead, take a few minutes and learn a bit about photography and which camera to buy. In the process you'll create a record of your child's early life that will never fade and you'll have more fun doing it.
Just in case you haven't noticed, the world is in the beginning stages of an economic disaster. A lot of people are looking for some place safe and /or stable to put their child's (or their own) money. I've been looking for some time now and and what I have found is
My wife and I have always insisted on really good car seats for Jessica. I feel that there are some things that you just should not skimp on and safety is on the top of that list. We have bought some expensive car seats but we did our research, we shopped smart and I think we have come out saving money plus peace of mind.
We just went to our fourth Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey circus. In the spirit of my "World Famous" Wiggle's Concert Survival Guide, I decided to create a "Circus Survival Guide". This year we saw the Blue Tour which is called "Over the Top". This show, like all of them that we've been to was at the BiLo Center in Greenville. It's not my favorite location but we know it well and as always, we learned something new.
We have moved... We actually move a couple of months ago but things have been so hectic that there just hasn't been time to write about it. In an effort to magnify the pain and suffering of the move, I've decided that we need to "Simplify and Organize".
We just went to our fourth Wiggle's concert. This one was at the BiLo Center in Greenville. It's not my favorite location but it's close and on our way home I decided to share my knowledge on how to "SURVIVE THE WIGGLE'S CONCERT".
Hi all. It’s been a while and my daughter has been in her new school (Palmetto Prep) and she loves it. We had a bit of trouble last year with her school and what I learned from that is: Stay vigilant! There are no ‘do overs’ in education.
This blog is really for me, my wife and my children but everyone is welcome to read along. Who knows, maybe you’ll learn something or have a chuckle on us. I just want to leave behind some thoughts to my children. You see, I’ve recently stared scanning very old family pictures for my Grand Mother. (She’s 92 but they’ll be more on her later I’m sure) While scanning these pictures, I see people I’m related to; sometimes posing, sometimes caught in the routine of life and I often wonder what they were thinking. I wonder what they thought about their families, jobs, church and acquaintances.
I’m a Geek. I used to hate the word but about 12 years ago I embraced it. You see, I realized that all the great inventions and discoveries throughout history (and pre-history) all have one thing in common. They were invented, discovered or other wise investigated Geeks. Why you can bet that the cave guy that discovered how to create fire did so because he wasn’t invited to go on the big hunt. He was a Geek.
